Longitudinal Joining

For extra wide conveyor belts over 3000mm. Using a hot vulcanising process Ammeraal has the capability to longitudinally join almost all belts we stock, This process ensures the longitudinal joint maintains its flexibility, strength and consistency. This is especially important for short belts and pattern belts like sawtooth.

In principle there is no limit to the length and width we can produce and we have successfully joined belts up to 7 metres wide and 50 metres long.
